Alicia Williamson is the actress and civil rights advocate who played a Veosian scientist in the Star Trek: The New Adventures third season episode "Powerless Qu".
Williamson appeared in a minor role as a lawyer in Civil Rights (with Alexander Taylor and Richard Izonki).
