Bajor was a planet in the Alpha Quadrant, and home to the Bajoran people. It is located near the Federation station Deep Space 9. It was a religiously, strategically, and historically renowned location and was nearly bribed upon by the Federation to become a member.
In 2441, Bajor was the constant target of Galactonian technological and biological testing. Nearly plunging Bajor into a new Dark Age since the occupation. Bajor was invaded in March of 2441 as apart of the Galactonian Invasion of 2441. It was liberated in October of the following year as apart of Operation Lexington.
