Bogram was a male Xindi-Reptilian Starfleet officer and career special operations expert in the 24th century.
He was a formidable Starfleet command officer, known as a pillar in Starfleet Tactical, Starfleet Intelligence and Starfleet Special Operations. Before becoming part of the admiralty, Bogram served as a starship captain for ten years. He was a veteran and survivor of the Battle of Wolf 359, the Battle of Sector 001, and the Dominion War.
Vanguard Command[]
As of 2385, he held the rank of Rear Admiral and was the Base Commander of top secret Starbase Sierra-Foxtrot 5. He is ably supported by his Deputy Base Commander, Commodore Nassur 215.
Bogram was also designated as Deputy Commander of the Rapid Reaction Force of Vanguard Command, reporting directly to Fleet Admiral Maximus Hunter.
