Elise Rosen was a female human from the 23rd century who served most of her Starfleet as Chief Medical officer on the USS Harrisburg.
Elise Rosen was born in 2237 in Amsterdam to Jon and Sophie Rosen. Her father was a Surgeon and her mother was an architect. At an early age, Elise knew that she wanted to join Starfleet, and over the years, she worked hard to fulfill her goal.
She was very close to her younger sister, Anne, who also joined Starfleet and became a medical officer on Starbase 42.
She had a late start at Starfleet Academy but was diligent in her studies. In 2261, she was assigned as an Ensign to the USS Harrisburg, a ship on its second voyage to fully explore and map the Alpha Quadrant.
