Hargon is a middle aged Klingon warrior in the late 24th century from the House of Toral, the most powerful Klingon house that is not a member of the Klingon High Council.
He is the eldest son of the second cousin of Rear Admiral Razal Gibran of Starfleet, head of the House of Toral. He is one of the two most trusted and loyal senior vassals of Gibran.
General Hargon had spent many years in the Klingon Defense Force and, after that, several years in the Klingon Diplomatic Corps.
In 2385, we was assigned by most senior Gin'tak General Klegar as commander of Task Force Mek'leth, a 15-warship battle group with the specific mission of following the leader of their house, Admiral Gibran, in the Gamma Quadrant, as he performs his duties of Flag Officer-in-Command of Abraxis Command and Task Force Dauntless there.
The Klingon High Council also appointed Hargon as Klingon Ambassador to the Gamma Quadrant, with the authority to represent Klingon interests there.
General Hargon was also assigned as colony leader of 6,000 Klingon colonists from the House of Martok who were to establish permanent habitation in the Gamma Quadrant.
