In the mirror universe the ISS Enterprise-D was built by the remnant of the Terran Empire in secret after the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance reduced the Empire to their own home solar system. It was commanded by Jean-Luc Picard after he and his crew took the ship from Edward Jellico throwing him out the airlock. William T. Riker and Deanna Troi worked to get the most loyal possible crew and Wesley Crusher even described them as the most dangerous crew he had ever seen. (Star Trek: The Next Generation: "Mirror Broken")
The crew included {William T. Riker as first officer, Data as second officer and operations officer, Reginald Barclay as chief of security, Beverly Crusher as chief medical officer, Geordi La Forge as chief engineer and Deanna Troi as the ship's inquisitor.
The Enterprise-D was the Terran Empire's only Galaxy-class starship, not including the prototype ISS Galaxy.
