Ishrel th'Iresreq was an Andorian Starfleet officer, born in 2392, who replaced Tarsi zh'Varhil as first officer of the USS Marvel after she was promoted to Captain in 2429. Ishrel previously served in the Andorian Imperial Guard as Helmsman aboard the IGV Charal. He first met Loreck Avery in 2410 when he transferred to Starfleet and was assigned to the USS Marvel on a training cruise from Starfleet Academy.
