Admiral Jerak was a Vulcan male Starfleet flag officer who served as the commanding officer of Starbase 7 until his death in 2411.
That year, he was investigating tiny particles sent by the hijacked USS Grant when the particles surrounded him and killed him. An investigation was launched and the culprits were eventually exposed and arrested. (EQU: "The Hidden Enemies")
