Jortav Chand is a reputed male Tellarite Starfleet officer in the 24th century.
Vanguard Command[]
As of 2385, he held the rank of Commodore and is the Executive Officer of the Jupiter-class Fleet Carrier USS Shogun and Deputy Fleet Commander of Task Force Shogun, both of which are assigned to Beta Circini Command in the Beta Quadrant, under the overall command of Rear Admiral Ariel Taggert.
During Condition Red-1, he would transfer to the Sovereign-class Command Cruiser USS Daimyo and assume command of Strike Group Two, which was one half of the task force.
