This page is a list of Federation starships stranded in the Andromeda Galaxy in Star Trek: Resistance.

- USS Resistance (NCC-912463), Resistance-class
The first vessel of the Resistance-class, formerly commanded by Captain Henry Jacobson, now commanded by Lieutenant Commander Logan Brahms.
Commanded by Captain Satra, one of the few Romulans in Starfleet. Main base of operations for the stranded vessels.
A Sovereign-class starship commanded by Captain Gregory Maxwell. Often has to save the Resistance from destruction.

- USS Nixon (NCC-1201969-A), Ambassador-class
An Ambassador-class named after former U.S President Richard Nixon. Captained by Commander David Galileo.
- USS Prominence (NCC-569837), Sakarn-class
- USS Valiance (NCC-562397), Sakarn-class
Named after famous Starfleet Captain Kathryn Janeway.
Protector of the Babylon up until the end of Season 1. Replaced by the Valiance.
