Lizzy was a hologram in one of Jeffery Johnson's holodeck programs. In 2364, Johnson opened the holoprogram and walked in, unaware that he still had his Starfleet uniform on, amusing Lizzy. Johnson told her that he lost a bet. Lizzy was skeptical saying that it looks like a French uniform. Before she went and gone for a date with her "big man", she told him that a woman is in his office. (TNA: "Holodeck Malfunction")
Later, she accompanied George B. Hamilton to Marty's where she asked for a glass of wine. (TNA: "Husband Hunter")
She was also the first person in the program encountered by Dusty, the role Jeremiah Carver played after an invitation from Johnson. She told Dusty that George was busy but was not able to stop Dusty from entering Hamilton's office. (TNA: "Mysteries")
