The State Flag of Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is an island in the Caribbean Sea on Earth. Originally settled by American aboriginals, it became a colony of Spain in the 16th century, then became a possession of the United States of America in 1898. In 2024 Puerto Rico became the 51st state of the USA.
