Star Trek: Sunset Shimmer (SUN) is a series set in the prime universe, in continuity along with the [1]Equestria Girls universe by Sanya Hikari. The series first aired on Discovery Family and Paramount Plus between 2027 and 2048.
Summary
The series is set in the late 2390s to the late 2410s aboard the USS Sunset Shimmer, as the Federation gets involved in a war with the Aridaginatans, descendants of the ancient Dazzlings. The Sunset Shimmer's primary mission is to explore new galaxies beyond the Milky Way and spread friendship throughout the galaxies.
