Star Trek: Endeavour is a story series about the USS Endeavour, the first ship to reach Warp 10. It originally had the mission to explore the Gamma Quadrant, but was hunted by a separatist group of the Dominion still hating the Federation. While being hunted, the ship comes too close to a super nova, catapulting it out of the milky way. Unable to go back, and with only a low Deuterium reserve, Captain Barclay and his crew have to navigate through endless unexplored space, to find strange new worlds and new civilisations, on their ultimate journey to go home.

- Captain Reginald Barclay, a former officer from the USS Enterprise-D who took the command over the newly built USS Endeavour.
- Commander Xerus, the first Romulan to join Starfleet and now executive officer of the USS Endeavour.
- Lieutenant Commander Nog, the first Ferengi to join Starfleet and second officer of the USS Endeavour. he also fought in the Dominion War and lost one of his legs.
- Lieutenant Commander Ventar Seeto, a former major of the Bajoran military, which joined Starfleet by now. He also is the security chief on board of the Endeavour.
- Lieutenant Salev, the Vulcan tactical officer on board of the Endeavour.
- Lieutenant Vladimir Chekov, the navigator of the Endeavour and a descendant of Pavel Chekov.
- Hugh, a Borg found by the crew of the Enterprise-D who got a sense of personality and now works as the chief engineer on the Endeavour.
- Ensign Cole Hence, a newcomer to star fleet and science officer on board of the Endeavour.
- Zane Riker, the child son of William T. Riker and Deanna Troi who sneaked onto the Endeavour at Deep Space 9 and was trapped on it when it took of before he could leave.
