T'Mir is a Romulan female who lives in the 24th century and services the Federation and Starfleet the first Romulan who joined Starfleet as Chief Science Officer onboard the USS Sovereign under the command of Captain Marcia Taylor . (Star Trek: Sovereign)

Early life[]
T'Mir was born on the homeworld of Romulus in 2341 to a mother that's in the senate and a father that's in the Romulan military, she had a great childhood she was brought up to hate the Federation and humans for defeating them during the Earth-Romulan War.
Prior to joining Starfleet[]
In 2369, at the age of 28 T'Mir just finished her military training into the Romulan military, and served aboard the IRW Khazana under the command of Commander Toreth. And was aboard the ship during the Dominion War of 2373-2375 during her visit to Deep Space 9 during the war she met chief medical officer Doctor Steven Carlson and they fell in love even though she was very tough about how she felt about Humans and the Federation due to them defeating her people during the Earth-Romulan War of 2155-2160 but she melted her ice and they got married after the war.

In 2378, after she finished her service to the Romulan military she was asked by the Senator to serve aboard a Federation starship to understand their Human neighbors she agreed and was posted aboard the USS Sovereign as chief science officer. At first she had some looks with the execption of Commander Martin and Lieutenant Collins.
