T'Para was a prominent member of both the Vulcan Science Directorate and of the radical counter-Federation organization the New Insurrection. T'Para became a member (secretly) shortly after the failure of the USS Enterprise-C on Narendra III in 2344. T'Para held a non-combative position in the Insurrection as the central science and tactical development head.

Biography[]

T'Para was born on Vulcan to parents T'Sra (Vulcan Mother) and Terall (Andorian/Aenar Father) on February 9, 2329 on central city Vulcana Regar. An only child, Terall doted on his singular daughter which was constantly disapproved by her mother, a highly prominent member of the Vulcan High Council.

Vulcan Science Career[]

As Vulcan Cadet[]

As an extraordinary bright and gifted child, T'Para began her training at only the age of four. She attended the Vulcan Science Academy, where she excelled in such scientific disciplines as Sub-Quantum Mechanics and physics, Transwarp Mechanics, and Exogenetics. At the age of twelve, T'Para proved a theorem that extreme stresses on certain sub-quantum elements can create a reaction that can move matter into other realities, possibly even into other points in time (this was again later proven as the USS Enterprise-C was able to do this (albeit accidentally) via the use of the trans-quantum element Chronomite).

Due to this work, T'Para was asked to become a member of the Science Directorate. After her graduation at the age of thirteen, she accepted the offer making her the youngest member within the Directorate's history.

T'Mar and the Enterprise-C[]

At the age of fifteen, she was transferred from the Vulcan Science Directorate to the USS Enterprise-C, to train as an ensign under T'Mar. T'Mar was a prominent Vulcan-Human relations diplomat, as well as Head of the Ensign Training Group on the Enterprise-C. After Narendra III, she disappeared and was presumed to have been killed.

In 2407, the katra of T'Mar was extracted from Nox (who had killed her in 2344 and had kept her katra inside him for three years) and was about to be stored on Vulcan when T'Para offered to be its "ark." She was therefore implanted with T'Mar's katra and possessed all of her powers, abilities and memories (as well as those she had while in Nox's body).
