T'Pemni was a Vulcan Engineering officer in the 2400s. Born Stardate 24199.358 on Vulcan, she was inducted into the Vulcan Learning Center at a young age, having difficulties which were resolved after she passed onto the Vulcan Science Academy.

Near the end of the 24th century, T'Pemni was accepted into Starfleet Academy and later passed in the 2380s.
Early 2400s[]
After passing from Starfleet Academy in 2382, T'Pemni was assigned to the U.S.S. Sabine, NCC-84221 in 2410.

During a routine exercise aboard the Sabine, a deliberate Warp Core Breach was initiated by an unknown party, although one classified report regarding the situation claims an engineer saw an individual with a black combadge initiate the breach. Upon realization of this, Section 31 classified any reports regarding the Sabine under the highest level of secrecy which could be achieved at the time.
