T'Pey is a female Vulcan civilian who applied for Starfleet Academy in 2364. When the future Wesley Crusher came to Mandin V, when Lydia Murphy asked him isn't he a little old to participate in the test, T'Pey told her that her insults will not get her into the Academy and apologized to him for her behaviour. Later she congratulated Merdin on his win. (TNA: "The Test")
