Lieutenant T'Vorak was a Vulcan Starfleet officer who served on the USS Equicon-A.
In 2411, when the Equicon-A found the Vulcan-manned starship USS Patar adrift and the Erganti IV lifeform attacked the ship, T'Vorak lost control of his emotions and as a result, almost went on a rampage until he was caught by a security and medical team, who he attacked, but was sedated by Frank Harrell. While in sickbay, Harrell picked up another lifeform in him, he was ordered to get it out. However, when Harrell was all alone, he woke up and attacked Harrell.
T'Vorak piloted a shuttle and fired his phaser at empty space, which revealed the entity, T'Vorak said the logical thing to do was crash into it but was transported out.
Later when he was rescued, he volunteered to go to the brig, but was stopped by Michael Strickland, who said if it weren't for him, the ship probably would of been destroyed. (EQU: "Stranded")
