Change of Staff[]
In 2409, a landing pilot was needed as a result of Veleth's Phobia of landing a ship improperly. The phobia had resulted in him having another heart attack, after that it was final, they were definitely going to need a landing pilot. Aoris Gurruntd was chosen as he needed experience and wanted to prove that the Saoris were trustworthy.
Tzopharn Contact[]
In 2408 the USS Yindi encountered the space entity known as the Tzopharn. They managed to get away from it, only resulting in 3 casualties, 4 missing in action and 17 injured.
3 people were morphed into a hybrid by the Tzopharn, it was a Klingon, a Human, and a Chandir. The new individual died, but the federation ordered for the situation to be 'shushed up', and the crew members' families were alerted that they were missing in action.
